Gaby Hardy Personal Trainer for Pregnant and Postnatal woman

Pre and Postnatal
Personal Training

For those who want something more bespoke.

If you'd like more personalised support, I run 1:1 and small group PT for both pregnant and postnatal mamas - tailored entirely around you, your body, and where you're at right now.

We'll set clear goals together, but we'll also look at the small, everyday habit changes that make a real difference. Every session taps into your personal "why" -  the thing that actually keeps you motivated when life with a baby (or a bump) gets busy.

Please get in touch with me if you’d like to find out about my Personal Training.

PT … what to expect

If you're postnatal, we'll do a quick ab separation check in our first session. Ideally you'll have already seen a pelvic floor physio, so we know exactly where things stand with your pelvic floor and core - this helps us build a plan that's right for your recovery.

No two days look the same when you're pregnant or looking after a baby, and your session won't assume otherwise. Had a sleepless night, running on zero energy, or carrying an ache or niggle? We'll adapt on the spot - the plan flexes to how you're actually feeling that day, not the other way around.

You're welcome to bring your baby along, or leave them with a partner or family member while you get your time in. Whatever works for you.

Personal training spots are limited and we are currently only doing home visits.

Reviews

"When I found out I was pregnant, I went looking for a trainer who could help me navigate my workouts safely alongside my chronic diagnoses of POTS and Ehlers-Danlos - and I struck gold with Gabs. From the start, she's been thoughtful, generous and incredibly relaxing to work with. She tailored a programme just for me, which we work through together weekly, alongside a second programme I can follow independently in the gym. She's always on hand to guide me through anything I'm unsure of and is meticulous about correcting my technique with both my pregnancy and my conditions front of mind. What sets Gabs apart is how much she genuinely cares. She's checked in on me after appointments and during heatwaves, mindful of how these things might affect my pregnancy and my symptoms - support I didn't expect but have valued so much."
